Recently I terminated the tenancy agreement with my ex-tenant as she had persistently been late in making rent payments despite many previous reminders and indulgence of time granted by me from time to time for payment of rent by its due date and for other issues. The final decision to terminate the tenancy was due to the fact that she had sent me a screenshot of the rental being transferred yet it did not take place at all (already passed extended due date). To prevent any misunderstanding, my agent, Janelle Ho, even suggested that I should contact my bank to check if there’s any issue with their online system, which I agreed to do! As expected, there was no technical issue with the bank’s system. Mean while, Janelle also tried contacting the ex-tenant but to no avail. The following day, as I have yet to receive the funds, I informed Janelle to inform the ex-tenant that they need to leave in a week’s time. I would like to commend Janelle for her efficiency in handling the case. I am very pleased with her services as she is very professional and follow-up closely on any issues raised by all parties. In fact, I have engaged her services for the last 10 years & recommended her to my relatives and friends whenever they needed help with their properties. We found our new site through Juliana. She responded to super fast for my enquiry despite after 9.30pm. She is v professional throughout our negotiations with the landlord, looking thru the contract and even 1 mth after we took the unit n found out about the air flow issue. She helped too contacting the leasing dept n speaking up during the further negotiations. I have been working with Yu Mei for several years now.  All my friends and i like her working style.  She gets problems solved.  Sometimes its my fault for being forgetful.
